I faced significant distress due to the lack of on-site staff. During the night, I was locked out of my room for hours, and calling for help proved futile as the absence of personnel left me feeling abandoned. The inadequate Wi-Fi setup frustrated me, forcing me to surrender to social media logins rather than accessing the internet seamlessly.

Great choice for trip. Amazingly helpful staff, recently decorated twin room. Location short walk to gorgeous historical area of Bologna, the University Quarter, and centre of Bologna and transport. Besides, excellent for visiting National Art Gallery of Bologna.

Request a room facing the courtyard for a quieter night. The street side can be a bit noisy.

This accommodation was in the central location reasonably close to highlights of Bologna. Wonderfully helpful staff and everything was superb. I got airy and recently decorated room, it was included with a good bathroom and steam bath, as for instance.

I had an amazing time at this guest house where the friendly and helpful staff made my stay so enjoyable, especially with their very nice breakfast served in a good setting, and the best part was being just a quick stroll away from the beautiful Two Towers and the Basilica of San Giacomo Maggiore, made my city explorations easy!
